Lack of energy
Lack of energy

Lack of energy can be a consequence of wrong nutrition, bad physical condition, stress, bad mood or even weather.

Researches show that two third of women are feeling excessively tired. Main reason for that is often stress, as well as pregnancy, breast feeding, taking care of little children and hormonal imbalance due to menstruation or menopause. Too much stress can drain adrenaline glands and cause tiredness, and at the same time it reduces our immune resistance. Latter increases the risks of disease formation, for instance diabetes, cardiovascular diseases (high blood pressure) and even cancer.

What is energy?

Energy is an ability to be physically, mentally and intellectually active. Plants get their energy with sunlight; human being gets his energy with consumed food. People need energy for metabolism, movement and brain functioning.

Advice no. 1: if you feel you don’t have any energy, the first thing you have to do is take a closer look to your menu

healthy_food

Eating the right food (food that contains enough vitamins, minerals and indispensable fatty acids) in adequate quantities will quickly make you feel more energetic in contrast of eating too much food or wrong food. Too much wrong food will make you feel bloated, tired and rigid. Researchers have shown that greasy food for breakfast can make you tired for the whole morning.

Daily energy for energy:
MAN (19-50 years old) = 2550 kcal/day
WOMEN (19-50 years old) = 1940 kcal/day

A day should begin with cereals to stimulate our memory, concentration and mind and to easier remember new data. If we miss a meal due to lack of time or we eat a lot less than usual (for instance because we want to lose weight) or if we eat too much inappropriate food, our energy level will soon decrease. If we are not sure there are all the necessary additions in our food, we should consume nutritional supplements, where all needed vitamins and minerals can bi found.

Advice no.2: pay attention to your lifestyle

running

It’s not unusual that you are feeling worn out, if you are working more than 8 hours per day and if you are facing intellectually demanding work. Your body is experiencing huge stress, which weakens its immune system and increases virus sensitivity. It’s very important that you take time for yourself, for regular exercises, relaxation, rest and refresh. You need to become a master of your time, arrange all the chaos around you, build your self-esteem and work on your motivation. If you feel huge physical exhaustion on the end of the week, you probably won’t feel mental relaxation and sexually alive.

Western modern philosophy often neglects the balance between physically, emotionally and sexual energy. This is particularly true for those people, who are constantly under pressure. As more severe the stress, the less there is sexual desire. You should try with one of the relaxation techniques – aromatherapy, massage and/or meditation. Positive effect can also have color therapy, crystal treatment, sound therapy and different moving techniques, for example tai chi.

Advice no.3: It's important that you get enough hours of (good) sleep

Make sure that you sleep for at least 7straight hours per night. There has to be silence in your bedroom, darkness and pleasant temperature. Before you go to sleep try to relax – enjoy yourself in a relaxing bathtub, read a book or get a warm drink away from consuming too much caffeine. Later in the evening don't eat or exercise too much, as that can cause you to sleep worse.

Advice no. 4: Laugh more & think positive

happy_couple_smiling

During laughing hormones of happiness (endorphins) are released into brains. These hormones ease the tension and anxiety, neutralize stress hormones and refresh us. Some researchers have shown that people, who laugh every day, are more resistant to different illnesses.

Most mental energy and less mental problems due to stress have people who strongly believe in themselves. These people are sure they can affect their own destiny and not vice versa. What kind of man are you? Do you see a change as a challenge, do you solute it, are you not afraid of it? If your answer is yes, then you are on a right path.

Advice no. 5: Get rid of bad habits

If you smoke, try to quit as soon as possible. Smoking reduces living energy because it initiates pre-early aging and often even pre-early death.

If you drink alcohol, limit it to recommended and safe quantity. There should be 2-3 days every week without alcohol. Exaggerate drinking can damage liver, it can decreases hormone level, causes tiredness and also other medical problems connected with lack of energy.

Limit yourself to coffin consumption. We all know coffin decreases energy level. For some time you can actually feel firmly, but on long-term drinking coffee or coke can cause coffin poisoning. Later has the same impact on body as stress, but simultaneously can also cause addiction (we can get use to coffin, that is why we need to consume it more and more to get the same affect.)

Instead of conclusion…

For as much energy as possible there is a need of healthy food and healthy lifestyle. It is recommended to exercise regularly, sleep at least 7 hours per night, avoid stress and take time for relaxation and for things we like to do.
